The small print...
At joinedheart we believe in being open with
our you which is why you won't find any hidden surprises
here. We do however have a small amount of necessary
terms and conditions:
- a non-refundable booking fee of
10% is payable 6 months prior to your wedding day.
Full payment is requested two weeks prior to your
wedding.
- Mileage and travel expenses are
included within 30 miles of Sunderland. We're happy
to provide a quote for weddings further a field -
please contact us.
- It is the responsibility of the
couple to arrange permission to film in the venue
and, in the unlikely event, pay any additional fees
necessary.
- All consumables remain the
property of joinedheart. It is however
possible to provide a dub of your master and rushes
tapes for a small additional fee.
- Any specific coverage required/not required in
your wedding programme must be received in writing
prior to the wedding day. Any amendments or
subsequent re-edits because of this will be
chargeable.
- joinedheart
cannot be held responsible for the loss or
subsequent loss of any party due to negligence,
equipment or personnel failure.
- joinedheart will provide relevant
licences for music and copyright material used in
the production for all copies supplied and
additional copies purchased. It is therefore against
the law to make unauthorised copies of the completed
production.
